The Gibson Hotel Great Falls, an Ascend Collection Hotel

This hotel is the perfect mix of high-end and homey! The staff are friendly and competent, the room (I stayed in a king suite) is quiet, clean and comfortable. It's obvious that they've taken care to have upgraded renovations done. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and every corner and counter was spotless - better than any other hotel I've visited! Having breakfast delivered to my room, and having warm cookies available on-call were extra perks that were SO appreciated. I would go out of my way to stay here again!!

Great downtown location- we walked to dinner and drinks. Hotel is really nice, clean, exceptional extras like a beer at check-in, cookie delivery, and breakfast delivery to the room. Seriously was wooed by warm cinnamon muffins at the door when I woke up. Would stay again for sure and would recommend to any family/friends.

I recently stayed at **The Gibson Hotel** in Great Falls, MT, and was beyond impressed with every aspect of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was beautifully appointed—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly set this stay apart was the **fabulous breakfast** delivered *right to my room*. It arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly on time. The quality of the food was outstanding—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The location is also ideal—within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and the riverfront. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, The Gibson offers a boutique experience with all the right personal touches. Great spot to spend a night on the way to Glacier National Park. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m coming through Great Falls. Highly recommend!

We were picked up from the airport by a shuttle bus and taken to the hotel. The moment we got into the shuttle, my anxiety was dissolved. Every member of the staff has been so wonderful. The manager, Kari was so kind, understanding we had a death in the family. The rooms are modern and comfortable, more charging outlets than I’ve ever had. Complementary breakfast delivered to the door, who doesn’t love that? If you make your way to Great Falls, Montana, you need to stay here!!!! The Gibson Hotel in Great Falls was outstanding. The Manager was welcoming and clearly proud of the hotel, as he should be! The rooms have been renovated with tasteful decor and lovely amenities which included an extremely comfortable mattress. The lobby and the other lounges were also stylish and welcoming, but it is the service that sets this hotel apart. The offer of freshly baked cookies is a lovely touch and the homemade breakfasts delivered to your room was excellent! The location is great and offers easy access to unique stores, including Hoglund’s & Dragonfly Goods and the fantastic Creations & Curiosities. It is close to the C.M. Russell Museum and the bridge to Black Eagle. A great place to stop before heading to Glacier National Park!

Stayed here for the weekend to visit family was initially a little skeptical but was pleasantly surprised with the service and the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very helpful and informative. Will be back

Nelly and Tracy were awesome! We needed a classy quick stop and The Gibson delivered. Decent breakfast, great community, and a casino right in the back! Solid gold stay if you’re passing through Great Falls.

Adorable boutique hotel! Nicest most accommodating staff you could ever ask for. Great perks like free breakfast, cookies to your room, free guest laundry with scent free detergent. Gorgeous super quiet rooms for picky travelers! Love this hotel and can't wait to come back!
